Blockbuster On Demand content on iPad while traveling internationally?

Has anyone successfully accessed Blockbuster On Demand content via the iPad app while traveling internationally? I ask because Netflix streaming is not available for US subscribers in most non-US countries, so I was wondering whether the same licensing limitations apply here.
