Blockbuster and On Demand will not open

Today I had 1 Hopper and 2 Joey's installed in our house. I love the system but I have a question. I have not been able to launch Blockbuster or On Demand. Every time I select either of them from the menu it just goes back to TV. I have my Hopper connected through my Netgear Router. I have done connection test and all says OK. Please Help

Mine took up to 24 hours to start working. Maybe your is the same.

Ok maybe that's the problem. It's only been installed for a few hours

Hopefully my OnDemand will be working soon. I love the Hopper/Joey setup

These services need a little time to download. You may have to wait for the overnight update.

I ended up calling dish. They reauthorized, I did a hard reset and it all worked fine after that.

Checked Blockbuster and OnDemand this morning and all is working fine. Already downloading several movies. Love the Hopper/Joey system
