Blinking Clock Icon

Is there a way to permanently disable the blinking clock icon for upcoming events from showing up?

At the current time there is no way to disable "Mr. Blinky" on the 501 or 508.

On the 721 you can turn off Mr Blinky in the prefrences menu.

No, but as soon as it comes up you can simply push your "Cancel" button and it will disapear with out screwing up your timer's.
