Blackberry Help Needed

Here at the office we have Blackberry Enterprise Server running, with 3 users on it with Blackberry Storms. The Enterprize server interfaces with our Exchange server.

My boss went out last night and purchased a Blackberry Storm 2 to replace his origional Storm.

If I go into BES and pull up his account there is no way for me to change the phones pin to his new phone. I don't want to delete his current account then he will lose everything and will need to start from scratch.

I don't have the phone in my hands as my boss is now on a flight to Denver and he wants his new phone working when he lands.

So how do I do it?

Yeah, I was going to say... I'm not a BES admin, but when I got a replacement for mine, it just went through an Enterprise Activation automatically once I transferred everything through Desktop Manager, and I was up and running.
