Birdog USB Plus satfinder Win10 problem

The driver installs and Windows 10 sees the device without any errors but when I try to upload a file to it I get an error message that no device is found. Anyone run into this? It isn't the first USB device I've had trouble with on Windows 10. Good thing I still have a licensed copy of Win 7.

I just updated mine a couple of days ago and did not have an issue.
Have you tried a different USB port?

I figured it out. I run Win10 in virtualbox and there are 2 USB selections that conflict with each other. Devices->USB->FTDI Birdog Meter and Devices->USB->FTDI USB Serial Cable. If I enable both of them I can't send a file to the Birdog. It's strange that it isn't a problem with my VM Win7 session.
