Birdog and Slimline

Need help to install direct tv swm slimline with birdog 4.0. I sure everyone know direct tv use 101, 110 and 119, if I'm correct. Here are some questions I need to ask.
1. Which satellite I should pickup ?
2. on the birdog, which to pick on?
3. Is 110 is the first satellite I should get or 101?
