Birddog and EA Install

I have a Birddog USB Plus. I am trying to add 72.5 to my setup. My Birddog can read 61.5, 110 119. When I think I am on 72.5 or 77 it does not recognize the the sat. but it does know the others. I am using an extra dish and I have updated the meter on the website.
Same dish and lnb(DP). Any ideas?

72.5 Satellite Directv

Think you have the wrongsatellite programmed into your birdog, the 72.5 is directv and the 72.7 is dishnetwork

Sorry. I do have the dishnet 72.7 programmed and the 77.
