Hello, I'm not sure where to turn to but you guys seem to know your stuff!! However, I am having terrible billing problems with my directv service. I placed an order back in the middle of July for the choice package. I ordered then because they were running the special that there was $18 credit for 12 months, along with a $5 rebate for 12 months. The first bill I received, credited me the $18, and not the $5 because I had not applied for it yet. The second bill I received $16 credit as well as $5 dollars from the rebate I had been accepted for. This month I received an $8 dollar credit along with the $5 dollar rebate. This is obviously not a solid pattern, and was $10 away from the original credit I should have received. I called directv, and they told me the $18 + $5 credit did not exist when I ordered. I am not a dumbass, I ordered when I did because I wanted to lock in the 29.99 /mo price, and the person I ordered from even told me it would be 29.99 for 12 months, with the above $18 and $5 credits. I dont know what to do, I always thought it was fishy that my order confirmation didnt show $18 back, and I can't find records of the offer at all. Do you guys know where I can look or what I can do? I mean, if the offer did not exist then, why did they originally credit me $18 on my first bill??? This has been RIDICULOUS...
 
I have the original order sheet from when I ordered the service...however i thought it was weird when it said Cash Back w/ Redemption for 12 months, but it didnt say how much...Its so stupid because I know when I ordered it was to be 29.99 for 12 months...
