In No Conference than the one they currently reside in, would Pitt or Syracuse be considered any type of threat.
I seriously hope you forgot to add the Smiley face !!!!
University of TOLEDO can and did beat Pitt in Football !
There is NO WAY Pitt is on the same level as the top of the Big 10.
Pitt would perennially be a middle of the pack team in the CURRENT Big 10
Pitt is MUCH better than Cuse in the last 20 years
You guys seriously think that with being in the Big Ten would not help with recuiting and push Pitt back into a serious National Power like they used to be?
Quit smoking the weed and wake up.
BTW: The QB at Ohio St would be playing at Pitt if they were in the Big Ten.
Doubt it. He turned down a gig at Penn State. If he wanted to remain in PA and the Big 10, he would've gone there. Not sure why you think PITT is such a glamor school.

But you are still ignoring the improvement in recuiting from being in the Big Ten.

I don't have a problem if Pitt comes to the Big Ten, I just don't see them being a Powerhouse in football that you appear to think they will be ....
They will have years where they are very good and in the hunt, but far less than your expecting.
Pitt basketball would be right up there in recent years, but football would be middle of the pack in most years.
But you are still ignoring the improvement in recuiting from being in the Big Ten.
Pitt would get the sloppy seconds left over from those recruits not signing with another Big 10 school.
They are already keeping pace with Penn State. Being in the Big Ten, they will surpass Penn State.
So, Is Penn State a middle of the pack Big Ten team?

In what way are they keeping up with Penn State ?
Woah, easy fella. How are they "keeping pace" with Penn State?

Recruiting.
OK, who are the upper level Big Ten programs?
Why would the recruits that Pitt gets be any different than they are now? If anything, they'd be better as big 10 has a bigger cache than Big East.Let's just put it this way Curtis, if (a big IF), Pitt is accepted into the all-mighty Big-10, you'll be fighting with Northwestern and Indiana for the football recruit scraps. The Ohio States, Penn States, Wisconsins, Michigans, Iowas and Purdues of the world will get first dibs.

...and App State beat Michigan. Your point?
Pornstache has them going in the right direction in a big hurry. Dion Lewis could easily be a POTY candidate in any conference in the country. Romeus is a friggin stud, too.
You B10 guys are almost getting as bad as the ACC knuckleheads.
