Actually, I don’t care about the quality of the home. I just want the thing gone. It was here when we moved in, and I had momentary thoughts of learning how to use it and harness its power, but I never took the time to learn. Now we’re getting ready to put the house on the market to sell, and the realtor says it needs to be removed.

There is some other hardware that was left with it when we moved in—a receiver, maybe? If it seems relevant, I can dig it out of storage and include it.

Currently located just outside of Little Rock, Arkansas.
