OK heres my current setup. I have an HDTV downstairs. I have a 622 running it. I upgraded to get it about 6 months ago so I know I cant upgrade for "free" again. My problem is upstairs. I have 2 regular tv's (non HD). They are being run by a 625. I'm planning on upgrading one of the 2 upstairs to HD. I will probably buy a new 622 this week. One of my questions is where is the best place? A local dealer(Kansas City area). Or someplace off the web? Where will I get the best deal? One last question. Will I just be able to swap out the 625 by myself, or will I need to have it done by the pros. Thanks for any help.

A local dealer is usually best. If you buy on the web dishstore.net is excellent plus they help this site out. Ebay is a little cheaper but you never know who you are buying from.
