I tried it today. I put tinfoil over the 129 LNB. My 811 immediately switched over to the VOOM channels on the 61.5 satellite seamlessly. That in itself doesn't provide much information. But what I found out afterwards might be helpful though. Once my receiver switched over to the 61.5 satellite, I changed to one of my local channels. That local channel is located on satellite 148. I then turned back to the VOOM channel. I went to see which of the satellites the receiver was tuned into, and it was the 61.5 satellite!
In other words. IF you put a piece of tinfoil over the 129 LNB, your receiver will tune to 61.5 and stay there, even after you remove the foil. Just don't unplug your receiver. I didn't try turning off my receiver and turning it back on, because I didn't want to have to put the foil over 129 to get it to change back again.
This information may be useful to you, if your signal strength is weaker off of the 129 satellite. It is that way for me, and now I have the 61.5 satellite tuned in for my VOOM channels.
