best buy: i hate them

So I have been waiting for a couple of weeks for Beerfest to come out on HD Dvd, So today i went to best buy to get it, and the price was 37.99. But online it was 24.99, so i asked why the price was so much more and the guy working there couldnt tell me, so now im going to have to order it off of amazon or something becuase im not spending 40 bucks on one.

Goto best buy.com. Find beerfest. Do preferred store availability and then do an in store pickup. It should still be 24.99

Their store has always matched their online price. Never a problem for me.

Yeah, not sure where CC and BB get these prices from. Every other store in my town that has HD-DVD or BD disc, not a single disc is over $24, except a couple combo's discs on HD-DVD that are $26

Sort of off topic, but I bought a digital camera at CC for Christmas. It was online for 299.99. I did not do the order online and pick up at the store because it was right on my way home and I didn't think it mattered. When I got to the store the camera was 349.99. I brought it to the attention of the manager and he said that he wasn't allowed to match any online prices during the holidays, even his own, according to his regional management. Then he took me over to a computer that they had hooked up to the internet and I ordered "online" and he handed it to me. It was rather funny!
