Best all around HD receiver?

Thinking of upgrading to an HD receiver mainly for the last few shuttle launches, which ones would fit that bill?

In order of price:
Low - used Coolsat 8000/8100, under $100 . ( Currently 3 on ebay )
Med - Openbox s9/Sathawk 800/Solomend 800 PVR, about $175 .
High - Azbox HD Ultra or Prem Plus ( or used Elite), under $400 .

The MED Price and High Price have Blindscan .

Pansat 9200 HD exists too and has and S2 slot for S2 blindscan, but the unit is finnikey and buggy!
