Best Agile Stereo Modulator for Buck??

Hi-

I am looking for a Stereo Modulator to feed my 721 to the bedroom. Channel 3 is already taken, so I'll need the ability to choose the channel. Also, I may want 2 inputs, depending on the cost difference. Any advice?

It will do UHF 14-69 or cable 54-94 & 100-124
