Hi,
Does anyone know where I can find transponder info for the Bell TV satellites?! I am trying to help LyngSat.com update their Bell TV listings but cannot find the required info for each transponder that they need in order to upload any new listings. Specifically I am looking for the following info for each transponder:
Satellite Name
Frequency
Polarization
Transmission Standard
SR
FEC
SID
VPID & APID
Encyption system
The Bell uplink site does not list complete information like the Shaw Direct uplink site does and they do not like conversing with the public- I tried contacting them but never received a reply. Their listings do not list the Symbol Rate, FEC and whether a transponder is MPEG-2 or MPEG-4. I have heard that you can obtain this information by doing a scan with a FTA receiver, is that correct?! I am currently a Bell Sat subscriber, is there any way I could find this information myself, perhaps some hidden diagnostic screen in the receiver that might list these details?!
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks.
