2 months ago I upgraded receivers and was told Bell would send boxes for me to send by Purolator back(I am under rental)to them. I did get the boxes for the 9200 and 6100 but nothing for the 4100.I sent back the 2 receivers and put the 4100 under my bed. The other day I remembered about it and for the heck of it I plugged it in and there were all my channels. I called Bell today and after 15 mins on the phone the csr still didn't understand what I was saying!!! I called later on and was told they have received all 3 receivers form me! All 3 receivers have been removed from my billing for the last 2 mths so no charges. I guess for now I will enjoy my $3.00/mth savings!
