I had my receiver, a 6131 model, unplugged for a few weeks while I was playing around with some other stuff around my TV and needed the outlet. When I plugged it back in, I got this error message about a smart card not being authorized, but I've never had a card in this receiver, and from my understanding it doesn't need one. I haven't made any changes to my plan. I've tried resetting the box a couple times with no luck. I have my service through a broker, so I can't exactly call up Bell for help. Any suggestions for troubleshooting this problem?
