Does anyone have a beginners guide to sdr radio and how to use sdr sharp program

For the initial setup, I went here:

http://rtlsdr.org/softwarewindows

and went to the automated installer. It's a small .zip file that downloads what you need. This was by far the easiest way I found. Just follow all the instructions on that page.
