NBC has found the subject of its next adventure in event programming.
The network is developing an event series about The Beatles, from “The Tudors” team of Michael Hirst, Ben Silverman and Teri Weinberg, an individual with knowledge of the project told TheWrap on Friday.
The eight-episode series, which would tell the story of Liverpool's most famous foursome, will be written and executive produced by “Tudors” creator/executive producer Hirst, with “Tudors” executive producers Silverman and Weinberg also on board to executive produce.
