BD Insider comment on DTSMA/PS3

IMO 2.0 is so easily a done deal, just biding time. Like you posted, waiting for at least one SA player to do it first.
 
Did not think the BD30 did MA.

Upon further research, the BD30 doesn't distinguish between DTS-MA and DTS-HD. It does have an HDMI 1.3 output though and will transmit the raw bitstreams of these formats via HDMI: DD+, TrueHD and DTS-HD.

Guess we will have to wait for the BD50 before the PS3 gets the DTS-MA/2.0 attention....
 
I think the Panny BD50 will be the first player to decode DTSHD-MA on the market.
