That sat is pretty much full already, all but about 4 or 5 of the transponders are being used. Doesn't look like a likely place to find feeds to me, except when things that are encrypted now go FTA. I suspect the Echo slate has more to do with the channels that are already there.

yep, I think it's no coincidence the ID slate returned just as all those NFL preseason feeds lit up the occ video slots and you have all the TV stations trying to find AMC-16 so they can downlink the feed.

ID slate probably will go away when NFL preseason is done, imho.

so it might stay up until winter...I know they'd pull the id card when something else was on there (and some feeds like to use that whole transponder that the id card is on)

Here is a screen shot of the ID Card. Confusing message about amc-2 has been replaced by amc-16.

AMC2 use to be a long time ago at 85W...then it moved to 101W to help out AMC4 and AMC16 went to 85W

It is confusing
