Band C with small dish ?

That was my first thought but it can be inserted in two ways 90 degrees apart. I am going to do some research on this, I now have a lot of questions that need answers to. I wish it was warmer so I could go out and test for myself. I can't comprehend why the skew of the lnb would make any differennce with a circular braodcast, and why a 90 insert change in orientation would make any diffrerence for L and R polarization.
 
just to note that I was questioning whether rotation was needed. I thought that it just needed to be inserted at the 45 deg angle to get both pols.
