bad outputs on hr20's

called directv and they are sending a replacement dvr. can't believe i talked with a csr who said.....``sounds like you took all the necessary steps.'' amazing!

Normally they make you go thru them again :rolleyes:

You got a cooperative one or one that didn't want to go thru the process !
 
and one who didn't give me grief about sending the replacement with a tech. listening to them tell me that policy dictates i return the bad box when i am severely handicapped, gets old in a hurry. in any event, i am most grateful i found a cooperative, helpful csr. and that's something you rarely find at directv!!
