Back Up Receiver?

I think I am in the market for a good user friendly back up receiver either new or 2nd hand. I'd like something cheap in price, not looking for anything expensive. Really not interested in a Pansat or Viewsat...

Maybe a Fortec or Coolsat or I even considered a Neusat 9000HD..I would like something that has USB or an interne connection..but I can live with usb..

What would you guys recommend?

With the tech trend swinging to HD, you should then consider a HD stb but I don't know enough about the various brands to make a recommendation. I myself like Coolsats only because of my latest purchase of a "CS 6100 private" but it's discontinued and SD. So far it's a winner with PVR USB functions and a great tuner and blind scan. Hopefully the newer HD models are just as good.
