Back to the BTN ,question

Any information on if the BTN will be able to show the first set of games in HD. This is not to bitch about it, if they can than great, if they can't till later on than so be it, but it would be great! By the way, funny seeing the guys over at E* spinning the BTN question, coming up with any reason they can to say that they don't want it. Of course they already get football 24/7 so hey, they don't really need it.

They use two feeds for HD MLB extra innings. THere is NO baseball as part of EI until 7pm Saturday's.

That is a perfect window to air one or two BTN games.

Last year they aired some FSN games in HD (mostly Pac10) so there may only be one feed available, but looks promising none the less, even before the new sat is running.

Once D10 is in operation (week 2 or 3 of CFB season) then they can carry all the games if they choose to.

once again the way i understood when i asked bob mercer is that the hd version will become operational once dtv10 is turned on. i'm guessing week three.
