B&K processor looses audio when changing channels or going from one recorded program to another

It seams that every time I change from recorded program to another my receiver looses audio. I have to go out of where the hopper is hooked in and go back to get sound. I have to go out of the input the hopper was in then go back then I have audio to the next time I change program or we stop playback or change channels, then I have to do the process again. this is very frustrating. Any help.

What model pre/pro do you have from B&K and how is it hooked into the Hopper?

try swapping hdmi cables to a different port to see if the problem stays with the port or if it follows the receiver.

If it follows the receiver you've found the problem . if it stays with the port you've found the problem.
