Spring cleaning continues....Azbox Elite HD, remote and AC adapter plug included, I also left my satellite list intact on it with one transponder per satellite 45w to 139w, so basically its a clean slate ready to go to work. Receiver has had a laptop cooler sitting on it as long as I had it, so this box has never run hot.

Ok looks good but I know very little about STBs. Why should I buy this instead of a new Azbox Ultra HD from rick for $295?

I can't make that decision for you. The Ultra blind scans, but it doesn't have a VFD Display on the box itself. Azbox Elite's haven't had a problem with power supplies like the other ones have had. Only you can make that decision.
