Availability of MSG Game Director

I was wondering who has access to MSG Game Director? I do not have it on the Rockland system. As I read through the channel line-ups on cablevision.com, only Long Island systems, Hamilton and Morris County Systems in NJ, and the Warwick system in Upstate NY, have MSG Game Director. Why does CV only offer it in these areas and not the entire system? I was looking forward to using MSG Game Director to watch the Devils vs. Rangers game last night but it was unavailable on my system. Will I'll be able to get it in the near future? Is CV doing another upgrade and those systems which have MSG Game Director, have been upgraded?

We had access to game director and traffic cams when iO started on the Oakland, NJ system but seemed CV never the video feeds to the system since then both services were removed.
