Does the "Auto Pay" tend to make you less attentive to the charges? I mean this is a big incentive for
a company to get you to signup and then offer the lead in 3 months of extra programming in the hope you will
forget and continue to 'Auto Pay"
Like the old adage of the frog falling asleep as the pot is on the stove and warming up all nice and cozy.
Then suddenly wham your cooked. LOL
Just a thought.

You still get a statement, whether it be paper or email. All autopay does is keep you from having to manually make the payment. If you don't look at your statement and they charge you for extras that you didn't cancel, that's your fault. I could see that being a problem if they didn't send you an itemized bill and just charged you (AOL made billions that way from people who stopped used their service but never cancelled the billing and never really thought twice about the charges because they were so used to seeing them), but that's not the case here.
i just like to know that the payment has went through
ive used online/autopay for amny things
whenever i fail to get a receipt its a redflag saying that there is an issue on thier end and the payment was never done
yes ive had this happen more then one time
this is the first place i can think of that doesnt do a reciept once thepayment has credited if you pay online
