automatic page refreshes?

Is there any way to have the page you are viewing automatically refresh every so often. Not sure if this is possible or not but it would be a nice feature, expecially when there is a hot thread going on and you dont want to have to keep re-loading the page to see the new post
 
thanks, this looks like just what i was looking for. I am having trouble getting the comments to refresh even though i hit the play button. Maybe i need to mess around with it a bit more. I tried it in internet explorer, chrome and safari
 
but its not doing that, it just loads all the post that exist up to the time i go to the ispy page and then does not update. i know it has to be something in my computer settings since its not working in any browser. This is the error code that keeps popping up in my browser:
