authorized device list... sling

Over the past few weeks the rom on my phone has been unstable so I have reset it many times to resolve the problem. Unfortunitly it appears that each time I reset my phone the dish anywhere app authorized that rom each time so now when I try to suthorize my phone it tells me I reached the limit of 5 and need to deauthorize one of the others. Since there are no others to deauthorize how do I clear this list so I can use my phone to transfer programs?

I would ask a Dish rep or DIRT rep to file a report for you so that they can get it cleared for you. Pretty certain this is a bug.

Log into your dish anywhere account from a regular computer.
Go to my account from the little face dropdown in the top right
Then in the 2nd row of banners (from the top) click "Authorized Devices"

You can see the list there. but it says you must deauthorize from the device itself. It says they auto-deauthorize after 30 days. But, stupidly I don't see any other way to deauthorize.
