Audio Sync issues on DVR events with 622

OK last 2 weeks I am getting several HD locals (in Atlanta, CBS, ABC) Audio sync issues only on recorded events. This sucks with new season kicking off and the huge number of events I have going. E* needs to do better software QA. I am at L444, but probelm stated 10 days ago and I think L444 was only this week. Also have probalme with HD locals blocky dropping pictures.
Anyone else seeing this?

Don't read about audio/video sync issues with the 622 receivers much and I haven't seen any myself (at least not enough to call it consistent). Does hitting rewind or 10-sec-back or even pause then play help at all ?

Are you sure the lag is only on recorded programs?

If it is, and you get no lag on Live Tv then the problem may be the Hard Drive.

Does it happen on every recorded show or just when you record 2 at once (taxing the hard drive)?

I am having huge problems with A/V sync being off on Live TV.

Sync issues used to be pretty common on the 522 DVRs (before the 625 came out). A weekly reboot really helped a lot. Others would complain about sync issues and I'd have none, or at least none after I rebooted. Problem is, the 622/722 reboots *every* night on it's own already.
