Audio on The Tube or Fox News- Galaxy 3C

How come I don't get audio on The tube and Fox News on Galaxy 3-C. The picture is fine but no audio. I also tried a manual PID entry but no luck. Thanks

I don't know about the tube but foxnews I belive is ac-3 audio.

I think we are talking C-Band version here?

Both are AC3
