Attn Dirt, I need help!

I have a new 2 year contract service with Hopper 3 and wireless Joey. I discovered after thorough testing that it will not work on my RV automatic dish antenna even after upgrading the dish to a hybrid LNB. Previous Hopper with Sling and super joey worked flawlessly. Any chance to downgrade equipment to previous Hopper with sling?
