Attention 625 Owners

So, if I have 4.61 now, when will I get 4.62? I am very eager to get folders (groups, whatever).

Today are 57510946-73687489,
10/18 was 57510946-71703725

so, in 5 days a coverage increased for ~2 mil, now you can calculate when your 84,22x,xxx will come. ;)

Ugh. That is way off. Something like 28 days. Oh, well. I guess I will stop checking it every morning and go to every week or so.

Thanks,
Ted

huh?

edit - smith fixed his spelling now it makes sense.

I won't be asking, I am able to interpret the stuff you post regarding build numbers etc.

I'm not asking. From what I've seen I'm not waiting either. Just reloaded my timers and I'll try again in a month since from the way of things it'll probably take them that long given the numbers on our receiver. Wish I knew that before I wiped them out the first time.

If some one would have said dont erease anything on your dvr until you get software L462 that would have made things more simpler.

They did in this post:

No you dont lose everything to get the update, however if you want the increased hard drive space then you will need to delete all recordings and timer that would fire between now and 3am.

When the drive has no recordings on it, the receiver will automatically format itself and give you 150 hours or recording time instead of 100.

If you keep your recordings nothing will change and you will still have 100 hours of time. Its up to YOU if you want to do it or not. :D

As of 3 am this morning i received the L 462 update. After after i saw it went to L462 i changed my nightly update time to 7:15 am this morning and By 7:25am it was all done. And now i have a 150hours on my hard drive. I was also under the assumption that i would loose all my timers too. But to get the extra 50 hours i just had to delete all the recordings that i currently had. But hey its 50 hours more than i had and if the only thing it cost me was to delete those recordings. WELL WORTH IT. Here are a 3 Pictures.

No, they didn't say that in that post.
If you have software update L462 you will get the extra hard drive space.
Please help me find where it says "only with update 462" in that paragraph.
Thank you.

Count me in as an L461 user who emptied his recordings to have nothing occur yet because I actually need to be on L462.

I dont know how YOU interpted the above sentence from the quoted post but I understood the meaning and have not yet deleted everything on my 625. BTW I have L462 and plan on deleting everything on saturday.

I am one who got the update. You DO NOT have to empty your dvr for the extra 50 hours of recording space UNTIL you get the L 462 update until then leave all as is.
