Update:
It has been over a week and no fix. Contacted Jason S, on the other forum, & told him I wanted another HWS, a week was long enough, and was told a different would't fix the problem because it's a "system issue" and was told 75% of the people would just put up with the problem. I got my doubts 75% of the people would put up with a DVR that will not record, I know I'm not.
I'll be calling in today to either get a new box or to cancel service.
New HWS on it's way.
