Atlanta area reception issues

Is anyone in the Atlanta area having issues with losing reception despite our nice weather? We called Dish today to tell them we need a new box because its hosed and has some other issues. We also mentioned that we can't get signal now. The tech said that was an Atlanta area thing and for some dumb reason she couldn't talk to us about the other issues with the box. So I was curious if she was just jerking us around or if others are having that issue in Atlanta. Of course even if others are, it doesn't negate the fact that my box is hosed.

I had some issues last night. My 722 would post 'searching for satellite signal' in the middle of a program, then shortly after Dish put up a message saying not to call, that they were aware of the problem. Programming came back up shortly after and did not have any issues since.
