AT9 Signal Question

I just moved my AT9 to a mono pole so it would be more stable. I get the following signal levels off the H-20 IRD.

101 - 81
110 - 77
119 - 94
99 - nothing
103 - 12 on Network 14 TransPonder 16 (the other 15 are all 0's)

Im I close to getting the signal from the Ka? Or, because I live in Tennessee, and there is no Spot beam here yet from the 103, is this maybe the very fringe of the Atlanta spot beam?

My Samsung HD IRD reports

101 - 97
110 - 95
119 - 100

This is the best signal strength that I have ever gotten. I just want to be ready for any new HD channel DTV starts to put out.

Did you set up the antenna by the method Directv describes? If you did you are probably all set if you just tuned until you got a signal on 103 you might have missed the other KA sat and you won't know until they start broadcasting.

Yes I did use the DTV method.
