FYI Indianapolis, IN readers - AT&T will be launching 4G LTE in Indianapolis on Sunday, November 20th. The area will also be served by HSPA+ with enhanced backhaul providing speeds up to four times faster than the existing network. iPhone 4s customers should be able to take advantage of the HSPA+ portion of the network for increased speed. A new phone will be required for the LTE network.

I have used AT&T's LTE in Chicago area via the mifi device they have. It was very fast, was seeing up to 30Mbits/sec. But, of course it was when it first came out and I probably had the network to myself.
