Its only less competition if both services are available at the same location .... the majority of the TW services are, att isn't.

I don't see how the FCC blocks this without a huge fight. After allowing Comcast to buy NBC can they really tell ATT not to buy Time Warner? Seems the FCC will have to live with the mess the created.

I'm thinking that if they stop this one, they have to break up the Comcast / NBC Universal merger. I don't see them not allowing this one as it's only for the media assets and they allowed comcast even though it turned out to be a giant mess.

I can see this group getting cut down to four. Each with a major network & wireless.
