I'm not talking about any hacking. I'm thinking I might be able to convince where I go to school to maybe fund a grant for something with FTA. As a bonus maybe I could have the school keep the equipment and maybe they could feed the ethnic programming into the internal channels for the students. I know the school already has a cband but I'm not sure as to who is using it and for what.
I'm not talking about rebroadcasting feeds as that's most likely illegal. I'm talking of some of the spanish, french, arabic, japanese, chinese etc content.
I know they do kinda this sort of thing with the mid atlantic with the Mhz network but I didn't know if some of these channels required licensing (deutche welle, bbc, tv5, cctv etc)
