ARCHOS 700 vs Pocketdish 700

This may have been asked before but is the Archos 700 the same as the Pocketdish 700? Is there something special with the Pocketdish that will make it work with my 622 vs the regular Archos? I see some good prices on e-bay for the Archos but I don't know if they can just plug into the 622 like the pocketdish and record etc....? Thanks for any advice....

Originally both models AV700 and AV700E supported, but after last ( Feb'07) modificaions SW of DVRs and PDs there could be a problem.

Anyone know if the new X04 models work. There was talk that they would, but I see no mention of it on Archos site.
