and also do i need to turn off my digital receiver. I have my digital through the a/v inputs on the tv and my analog receiver screwed into the back.

Okay..great..thanks a million; maybe I can figure it out. I am just noticing that a lot of the NFL preseason games are KU band but analog..

Thanks for all of your help guys....i think i got my problem fixed, i moved my motor arm back to 0 and found amc-9......my signals on other satellites are alot better now.
Now i am questioning what my true south satellite really is......thats the first time i tried to calculate that.

My coordinates are Location: 38.433856 N, 82.552883 W (zip code 45680), what would my true south sat. be?

Also there is a full time digital carrier on AMC9. It's encrypted but you can still use it to tune to. It's at 12020V sr 30000 and set your FEC to auto. It scans in as "AETV" and is encrypted with Irdeto. Also if you have analog equipment there is a full time AMC9 analog barker slate there as well.
