Approval Needed For posts

Is approval now needed for posts in some sections? I noticed a message to that effect today.

Yes only in one section. (That forum in question is not available to the general public) This was done to stop the spam / foul posts that was being posted in the area.

I do plan on posting something about this in that forum including some examples of some of these folks fine posts that they were trying to post as well.
