Now I’ll have to wait for it to migrate to other platforms, along with Greyhound.
That $200 up front, is that for an AppleTV 4K? You don’t actually need that to access AppleTV+. You can also access it via Roku 4K and Firestick 4K. They are a lot cheaper.About $200 up front, $5/month. Will revisit it when Foundation is released.
Easy peasey. The original Foundation Trilogy was 3 books. Since you've read them already, you could start with the Foundation and Empire while SWMBO reads Foundation. And so on. Or go with the prequels, Prelude to Foundation and Forward the Foundation first. Or buy a second set of books. Now I gotta go upstairs, pull it off the shelf and reread it. Except SWMBO has never read it and has called dibs, now that she’s seen the trailer!

I’m sure they will. All of the series, so far, have been that way. They have put of the first three episodes up at the start with most series to this point.Cool. I wonder if Apple will dribble out the story in 1hr increments?
You mean the Foundation show? I expect so. Saw this the other day:Cool. I wonder if Apple will dribble out the story in 1hr increments?
Foundation (TV series) - WikipediaIn January 2021, Goyer stated “...with Foundation we can tell the story, hopefully, over the course of eighty episodes; eighty hours, as opposed to trying to condense it all into two or three hours for a single film”
Now that it is on Sony TVs, I assume it will be coming to Android TV soon as announced last year.Coincidentally a message from the AppleTV app just now:
