Apple TV help

I have and been using Apple TV about a month now and it has worked ok until today all of a sudden it cannot see the ITunes files on my computer it was working fine earlier in the week. I have made sure home sharing was turned on in apple tv and itunes in itunes under preferences it says it is sharing all folders but no users connected I have the latest version of Itunes and apple TV software is up to date. I tried resetting apple TV and did the set up again I shut down and restarted my computer but did not help. Apple TV says I need to have home sharing turned on and it is it is also turned on in windows I dont understand why it stopped working. It can connect to the I Tunes store for purchasing movies all of a sudden cannot see my I Tunes files.
Any help is appreciated.

Is your wireless network still up? Only thing I can think of if home sharing is enabled on both.
