That wasn't an Apple suit against others, but the reverse.
AND the article didn't bother to describe the suit points, other than give the patent numbers .

It's darn near impossible to be an innovator these days without getting sued...unless you're China and you misappropriate Intellectual Property from your foreign business partners in exchange for cheap slave-like labor, and sponsors cyber-terrorist to steal any and everything for everybody.

Has not been a good week for Apple (in the backroom side of the business). Whacked on the patent issue, the Europeans rolled them and they had to drop their price fixing deal with the book sellers, and China Mobil (only 703 million customers) say they will not subsidize the Iphone and are not offering it on their network.
