Anyone use windows media center with dish to record tv shows and tv guide?

I have an 811 hooked up to one of my Media Center boxes. For the most part, it works pretty well.

How do you hook it up? I'd like to hook up my 3000 model receiver to the media center.

I use a video capture card and the composite outputs from the Rx.
