Anyone from Grand Forks ND?

Hi there, I am moving to Grand Forks ND in a few months. I checked the DTV website and it says that Locals are going to be available this year in Fargo, but not Grand FOrks. But, when I type in Grand Forks zipcode, it says that they will be available this year. Has anyone gotten any letters saying they are coming? If so, are they going to be out of Fargo? Thanks!
